Cancellation or re-scheduled attendance may be made in writing, without penalty, up to five business days before the start of the training course. Cancellation or re-schedule made thereafter will be subject to the full registration fee. Attendee substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of the course free of charge. CSG reserves the right to change course dates, content and instructors at any stage.
